Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

We, NexGen Orbit Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”), built Carton Collect (“Game”). This Policy applies to the Game across all platforms where it is available (including Google Play and the web version), and to related Carton Collect legal/support pages.

Carton Collect is a casual match-3 puzzle game about cardboard items. Our core design principle is privacy-by-default: the Game is completely offline and collects no personal data whatsoever.

2. Data Collection and Use

The Game does not collect any personal data.

Carton Collect does not require you to create an account, sign in, provide a name, email address, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information.

During normal gameplay, no data about you, your device, or your activity is transmitted to our servers or any third party.

3. Local Game Progress

All game data — including unlocked levels, star ratings, scores, coin and booster balance, and your preferences such as sound, music, and language — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage.

You have full control over this data at all times. You can reset all progress at any time using the “Reset Progress” option in the in-game Settings menu. Uninstalling the Game removes all locally stored data.

Your device or platform may also apply its own system backup mechanisms outside the Game’s settings.

4. Third-Party Services, Analytics, and Advertising

The current version of Carton Collect does not use third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or in-app purchase SDKs, and does not collect Advertising ID, IP address, or location data.

We may add such services in future versions. If this happens, we will update this Policy, the relevant store/Data Safety disclosures, and any required consent flow before or together with the release of that version.

Separately, when you open this legal page in a browser, your browser, hosting provider, or services you choose may process standard technical data under their own policies.

5. App Permissions

Carton Collect does not request invasive device permissions. It does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or GPS location. Only standard device capabilities — such as optional haptic feedback for game interactions, if supported and enabled — are used.

6. Children’s Privacy

Carton Collect is a family-friendly casual puzzle game. It does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Data Security

Because Carton Collect does not transmit or store any personal data on external servers, there is no server-side data at risk. Your on-device progress is protected by your device’s own security mechanisms.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current revision is reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes are published means you accept the updated version.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Carton Collect, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

2. License

NexGen Orbit Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use Carton Collect on your device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Carton Collect — including but not limited to the source code, distinctive cardboard visual style (kraft paper aesthetic), vector artwork, animations, level designs, sound effects, music, name, and logos — are exclusively owned by NexGen Orbit Labs and protected by applicable copyright law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or assets of the Game without prior written authorization from NexGen Orbit Labs.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree:

not to copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its assets without permission;
not to reverse engineer or decompile the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it;
not to use the Game for unlawful purposes;
not to bypass or circumvent any security measures, access controls, or platform restrictions.

5. Availability and Updates

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue specific Game features at any time. The Game is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Monetization and In-App Purchases

The current version of Carton Collect does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising within the Game interface.

We reserve the right to change our monetization model in future versions. Before enabling such features, we will update this Policy and the applicable store disclosures. Any payments, if added, will be processed through the relevant marketplace (for example, Google Play) according to its terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Carton Collect is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXGEN ORBIT LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, INCLUDING DATA LOSS. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Game, if any.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Your continued use of Carton Collect after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
