How we work
Three rules you can see in the result
Both apps hand back every byte of your data, and the Crystal Notes interface is translated into 14 languages. Crystal Notes sends crash reports to Sentry, with note-related fields scrubbed first. The rest is below.
One product, one data store
Each app has its own page and its own support address. There is no shared account, no shared database and no shared SDK: a problem in one product does not drag the others down with it.
A feature ships when it is visible
Before a release we check that a user can find the new capability without a hint. If a feature is only visible in settings, it does not make the release.
The truth lives in the store, not on the site
Release status and download links come from the same data as the product cards, so this page cannot drift from the store. Version numbers are not duplicated here: the full release history lives in Google Play.
