Approach
Why local-first?
Your data stays on the device, and you can take it with you at any time — that is part of the app, not a separate service.
Most Android apps require an account, sync data to the cloud, and include advertising networks. NexGen Orbit Labs builds differently: every product works locally from day one, and the export is always in your control.
Crystal Notes stores notes in a local SQLite database and exports to 5 formats. BrainTox keeps financial records in the same kind of local database and hands them back as CSV or JSON. Both run on Android 7.0 and newer.

Questions
Questions people ask first
The four answers that decide whether you install something.
Which app should I install?
Crystal Notes is for notes: categories, search, rich text and export to five formats. BrainTox is for spending: entries, subscriptions and sarcastic commentary. Neither needs an account, and you can export everything either one holds. The app chooser page puts them side by side.
Do the apps work offline?
Yes. Data lives in a local database on the device, so both apps work on a plane, on the metro and with mobile data switched off. BrainTox runs entirely from that local database, and Crystal Notes sends crash reports to Sentry, with note-related fields scrubbed before an event leaves the device.
How do I get my data out?
You trigger the export yourself, at any time, and the result is yours to keep. Crystal Notes exports notes to TXT, Markdown, CSV, PDF and Excel, and can make a full JSON backup. BrainTox exports transactions to CSV and a complete copy as JSON.
Where do I write if something breaks?
Every app has its own support address, and the contact page collects them all. It helps to include the app version, the phone model and the steps that reproduce the problem, so it can be reproduced in a minute instead of a day.
